ISIS's latest victim is young humanitarian-aid worker Kayla Mueller, who left Arizona for Syria in hope of helping refugees.
"Kayla Mueller, the Arizona humanitarian aid worker held captive by a terrorist group who claimed she was killed by Jordanian bombers, was confirmed dead Tuesday morning....
