Mallory Staley

As a director at AmPhil, Mallory Staley leverages her expertise in major gifts, foundations, direct mail, and strategic planning to help clients hone their development strategy and bring donors into the life of their organization.

Previously, Mallory served as Director of Philanthropy for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and has major gifts experience in the policy and advocacy space. She also served on the Board of Directors for the San Fernando Valley Counseling Center and was an active member of the Junior League of Los Angeles for several years before relocating back to Arizona in 2024.

Mallory was affiliated with The Center for Political Thought and Leadership at Arizona State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Political Science. She enjoys waterskiing and visiting national parks with her husband, Nick, and their two labradors.
