Nicole Rizkallah
Nicole Rizkallah is Director of Recruitment and Senior Consultant for American Philanthropic, a consulting firm whose mission is to strengthen civil society by improving the effectiveness of charitable foundations and nonprofit organizations.
Nicole provides strategic consulting on recruitment, personnel, and management. She has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2008 and has nearly a decade of secondary school experience as both director of counseling and assistant headmaster at classical schools. Nicole has experience in systems theory, conflict resolution, psychology, and group dynamics. Nicole is a member of the Arizona Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a published writer in Philanthropy Daily and the Journal of Contemporary Family Therapy.
She completed two fellowships where she studied political theory, natural law, and Catholic social justice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, a Master of Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is a licensed and practicing therapist.
Nicole works out of our Phoenix, Arizona office and lives downtown.
