Phil Brach

Philip Brach is the Vice President of College Relations for Belmont Abbey College. His career has been characterized by innovation, strategic planning, and results. Philip was one of the founders of the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University and served as Assistant Dean for seven years where he led a campaign to raise over $70 million. Philip taught courses in leadership, entrepreneurship and philanthropic management. Previously, Philip has worked with Mobil Oil, Ernst and Young, and helped found the SQAD Company, where he was awarded three patents for innovative marketing inventions. His experience spans market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, integrated communications, and competitor analysis. Since then, he has worked various nonprofits, such as St. John’s High School, Midtown Educational Foundation, and Midtown Center for Boys.
