Oil prices have made gas cheaper than it has been in long time; reporter encourages fellow Hoosiers to consider this an opportunity to give more to charity.

"Many Hoosiers looking to fill up their gas tanks were surprised to see gas below $2 dollars a gallon in some areas. At the Speedway station at 38th Street near Georgetown, gas is $1.98 a gallon, which is not only good for consumers, but for retailers and charities.
We've been paying less than $-dollars a gallon for weeks now, and it's resulted in extra money in our pockets, which is expected to make Hoosiers a little more generous." -- Kris Kirschner, WTHR.com
