Among others employees pleading guilty, the COO of the NY nonprofit, Peter Young Housing, Industries and Treatment, has pleaded guilty to grand larceny.

"The office of state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has announced the guilty plea of Jackie Gentile, the former chief operating officer of the Albany-based nonprofit Peter Young Housing, Industries and Treatment, for filing false reports with the state Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.

"The reports falsely claimed that grant funds were being spent for a drug treatment center in Brooklyn when they were actually spent to subsidize employees and programs at two of the nonprofit’s Schenectady-based operations, 820 River Street and the Altamont Program." --Casey Seiler, the Capitol Confidential
