Cory Andrews
Cory Andrews is senior litigation counsel for the Washington Legal Foundation (WLF), a public interest law and policy center that defends and promotes free enterprise, individual rights, and a limited and accountable government. Before joining WLF, Mr. Andrews was an appellate attorney at the law firm of White & Case LLP in Miami, Florida, where he litigated state and federal appeals on behalf of clients in the telecommunications, hospitality, and banking industries. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Florida, where he was editor-in-chief of the Florida Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Andrews served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven D. Merryday of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Most recently, he was the editor of WLF's revised and updated SPECIAL REPORT: Federal Erosion of Business Civil Liberties, a seven-chapter, 150-page critical analysis of the key legal, judicial, and regulatory developments at the federal level to criminalize normal business activities.
