Student volunteers from Indiana's universities, along with $1 million donation from BP, will help restore Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore over the summer.

"Restoration and remediation efforts at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore have gotten a boost from student volunteers at several of the state’s universities and a $1 million donation. The money from BP, which has an oil refinery in nearby Whiting, also will go to projects along the Calumet River in Illinois, where high school and college students are volunteering." -- the Washington Times, via the Associated Press
