Pie in the Sky sells pies to purchase dietary specific meals for those with chronic conditions such as kidney failure and diabetes; last year they sold 20,000 pies to raise $750K.
"After four years of volunteering her time to Pie in the Sky selling apple, pecan, pumpkin, and sweet potato creations, Julia Sheehy is almost ready to pass on the reins to the next fund-raising aficionado. But first she wants to reach her goal.
