Father sues NE nonprofit that raised money ostensibly to help his disabled son --but hasn't accounted for or relinquished any money yet.

"A father is accusing a former Husker football player of using his son’s tragedy to make money. Dan Walker has sued P.J. Smith, Scott Wuethrich and Team 13, the nonprofit they started after hosting a fundraiser for then-11-year-old Dominic Walker. . . . But they haven’t given the Walkers any of the money raised that night or accounted for items people donated, the suit says." -- Jonathan Edwards, the Lincoln (NE) Journal Star
