PA restaurant specializes in fried chicken, generates 1,000 lbs. of bones a week; now they're partnering with church to turn them into soup for homeless.
"t the end of each week, Federal Donuts - which has a menu exclusively featuring donuts, fried chicken, and coffee - disposes of the useless backs and bones of chickens. It amounts to about 1,000 pounds of waste per week.
