As Director of Systems at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, he leads the integration of artificial intelligence and data-driven systems to enhance institutional effectiveness, improve operations, and support strategic decision-making. His work bridges organizational strategy, technology, and human development—focusing on leadership formation, organizational culture, and change management across mission-driven institutions, local governments, and multilateral organizations. He holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Public Administration and Organizational Analysis.
